G'day,

We are having problems running the Louis Poulsen plug-in as a Power User (not administrator). We have installed the plug-in and DIALux program as an Administrator, but when we logon as a Power User, we get an error that says:

"Navigation to the webpage was canceled. What you can try: Retype the address."

If we then add the user to the Administrators group, it works fine, they can access theLouis Poulsen lighting products. But this is not a viable solution, our users do not run as Administrators. Any ideas what the problem could be?

General you need Administrator rights for the complete software especially for the plugins.

Why? I dont know of *any* other software that must be run as Administrator.
