1. Contract

1. By accessing the „DIALux-Forum“ ( "the board") you conclude a contract with DIAL GmbH ("the operator") and agree to be legally bound by the following terms.
2. If you disagree, you are not allowed to use the board. The use of the board is always liable to these principles.
3. The contract is concluded for an indefinite time. The user and the operator can terminate the contract at any time.

2. Usage rights

1. a. By the creation of an article you grant the operator the right to use your article in the board free of charge and unrestricted by time or place.
2. The usage right persists after termination of the contract.

3. User responsibility

1. By the creation of an article you affirm that it does not contain any infringement or immoralities. You also affirm that you are entitled to use all links and images in your article.
2. If you break the terms of use or other rules, the operator may give you a warning and exclude you from the board temporarily or permanantly.
3. You agree that the operator is not responsible for the content created by other persons unless he has taken notice of the content. You admit that the operator may lock or disable your account, articles and functions at any time.
4. You also admit that the operator may modify your articles if they break these terms of use or if they may cause harm to the operator or to someone else.

4. General Public License

1. Please note that phpBB is a bulletin board solution released under the "General Public License" ("GPL") by the phpBB Group (www.phpbb.com). Further information in german is offered by the german community at www.phpbb.de. They are not responsible for the use of the phpBB-software and cannot influence the content of other forums.

5. Warranty

1. With the exception of personal or bodily injury and breach of major subjects of the contract (cardinal obligation), the operator can only be held liable for damages caused through grave negligence or deliberate intent. This also belongs to indirect damage like lost profit.

6. Subject to change

1. The operator is entitled to modify the terms of use and the privacy policy. In case of a modification the user will be informed by e-mail.
2. The user may disagree to the modifications. In this case the contract is terminated immediately.
3. When the user agrees to the modifications, they are accepted and binding.
